Our practices at GW will run from 3:00 - 4:30 on Tuesday & Thursday (starting on September 15th). Practices will occur on all school days until our 5K celebration, which will take place at the HS South Track on Saturday, November 14th.
Families can register their 4th- or 5th-grade girl for our school’s Elementary Team from now through September 8th. The online lottery registration can be found here. For more information on the lottery, please review the Lottery & Registration FAQ (attached).
Lastly, please keep in mind that there is a cost associated with this program. Financial assistance and payment plans (through GOTR) are available for families who need support. To learn more, please review the Flexible Affordable Payment Options FAQ (attached). Please understand that payments are not processed until September 9, once team rosters are made official.
All participants must also complete a SCASD Permission Form, which you can find here.
